General Discovery Call

A complimentary 30-minute consultation where you can chat through your family needs, goals, aspirations, and traditions with Family Legacy Coach, Lori. 

This initial session allows us to get to know one another and gives Lori insight to recommend what will support you and your family's journey to happiness, connection, and preparation for the future.

Strategy Session: $197

Join Family Legacy Coach, Lori for a 60-minute strategy session with up to two nominated ‘Family Champions’.

During this session, you will create an action plan for your family to build a legacy that will last.

Here are a few elements we can focus on for your family:

• Creating a family-wide culture of communication, trust, and mentoring through the generations;

• Discovering your family’s core common purpose and intertwining it into the everyday life of each family member; and

• Documenting and sharing what matters to you and what you want for your family now & in the future.

Family Alignment Milestone™

Working with two Family Legacy Advocates, your Family Alignment Milestone (FAM) can be completed virtually (typically four to five 2-hour video conference sessions), in-person (one or two 4-8 hour in-person meetings), or with a hybrid experience (TBD). Who you invite to attend this first meeting will be determined during our initial conversation.

Prior to the Family Alignment Milestone:

• We will have a separate initial 20-30 minute video conference with each family member or couple invited to attend so we can receive input from the attendees, discuss the agenda for the FAM and answer any questions to ensure everyone is comfortable attending.

Along with connecting with your family, gaining insight and understanding for your collective and individual futures, you will also take away a detailed ‘Family Alignment Milestone Summary & Action Plan’ for all members of your family. The purpose of this comprehensive report is for reflection, education and to utilize in the future planning of your family legacy.

• Within 10 days of the FAM will have a 1-hour open dialogue video session/conference call with the family to review the Summary & Action Plan with target dates.

• At this time the family can determine how/if we will continue to work together to help support you in achieving your goals.

Legacy Coaching: Pricing To Be Discussed

Work with our Family Legacy Coach over a five-year period to prepare your entire family for their future milestones while supporting your family purpose, legacy, values, and story. While looking to the future, you are able to strengthen current family bonds and communication.

This extensive process typically includes:

• Family Alignment Milestone (described above)

• Creation of the Family’s Purpose Statement

• Several Recorded Guided Discovery Interviews (audio or video)

• The first chapter of the Family Heritage Statement created and published by Matriarch and Patriarch

• Creation of Family Guidelines and Decision Making Process

• Annual Heritage Milestones – meetings where the family gathers to have family fun, continue growing and developing as a strong family, and working together to ensure the family stays strong for generations.

Legacy Coaching allows you to create unique Heritage Milestones for your family through annual family meetings, coaching, education, and fun. These purposeful elements are structured to build a culture within your family of communication, trust & mentoring focused on your family purpose.
